All facility scheduling and rentals are processed through the Facilities ministry area. While we have over 4,000 reservations a year, we try to fulfill every request. With meeting spaces that can accommodate groups from 5 to 1,300 (and plenty of parking), Trinity has many options for your group.
Our years of experience with a variety of group sizes, from large events with keynote presentations and breakout rooms to the more simple, small-scale meetings, make the right choice and choose us to host your event! We offer an in-house catering service that can cover all your food and beverage needs.
The first step in reserving a room for a church event or outside rental is to fill out the Venue Reservation Request. Once we receive the reservation request, someone from our ministry area will contact the group with a confirmation and quote (if a non-Trinity, outside rental). We also work closely with our Food Hospitality ministry to accommodate all food and beverage needs.
