    Crosstrainers After-School Sports Experience

    Crosstrainers is an action packed sports experience that is full of exercise and energy for kids in 1st through 5th grades. We play and teach fundamentals for basic sports and large group games. On Wednesday, we'll combine the action of Crosstrainers with the excitement of CHEERS for CHEERSplus. **We will pick up from Talbot Elementary on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday**

    Options: Crosstrainers is offered for full or half sessions and Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Session A runs August 13 - October 1 and Session B is October 3 - November 21.

    Exercise Class for those with Chronic Pain

    This class is for those who find their lives limited by pain caused by arthritis, fibromyalgia or other reasons. It will be a combination of yoga, stretching, strength-building and balance exercises that will help participants live with less pain. Mary Jo will show participants very basic to more advanced movements that can lead to more pain-free and productive lives. Bring a small towel, water bottle, and yoga mat.     Holy Yoga Worship Flow

    Holy Yoga is a Christ-centered, non-traditional worship experience that is open to all! This contemplative encounter draws upon the ancient practices of movement and meditation to develop a greater sense of God's grace and presence at work in our lives. Science has proven that regular Yoga practice reduces the effects of stress while stretching and strengthening our bodies, leading to greater well-being. So grab your mat (or borrow one of ours), dress comfortably, and join us for an hour as we experience the joy of worshiping Christ with Pointe of Grace yoga instructor, Franny Long.     Pace of Grace

    Beginning and intermediate walking/running groups that meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7:45-8:45. We gather at the Welcome Center and begin with a short devotion, prayer, warm-up, then break into groups or individually run/walk on Trinity's beautiful campus.
