Kitchen Ministry Assistant
Donna, the daughter of a Preacher, was raised in South Georgia. She spent her childhood, beginning at age four, traveling and singing with her family's gospel group. Donna has worked extensively in the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as helping her husband run their own catering business. She presently serves as the Ministry Assistant and Music leader at Pine Grove Baptist Church. This combination of hospitality and ministry experience make her a unique fit for service in the Trinity United Methodist kitchen where she has served for the past 4 years as a kitchen assistant. Donna is married and has two children.
A team of behind-the-scenes culinary professionals carefully creates every bite of food served at Trinity United Methodist. If you’d like to exercise your culinary talents, we have a place for you – whether it’s baking muffins or cookies, preparing vegetables or making sauces and soups. Opportunities are available during the weekdays, before and after services and during special ministry events on campus.
About Food Services
At Trinity United Methodist Church, the Food Service Ministries purpose is to use the vehicle of food to feed the Kingdom by providing excellence in quality and service to all we serve, to demonstrate Christian service according to Colossians 3:23 — "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" — and to represent the example of Christ to team members and volunteers.
