Meghan Williams

Circles Coordinator

Meghan began her undergraduate studies in Ecosystem Science and Policy at the University of Miami and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences. She is currently completing her Master of Divinity at Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado and is a certified candidate for ordained ministry in the United Methodist Church. Her diverse educational background cultivated a deep love for creation and a reverence for the ways we are invited to partner with God and flourish.

For many years, Meghan worked as a veterinary technician. She also operated an artisan organic candy business when her children were tiny. When her oldest child began elementary school, she and her daughters began serving (and hanging out) at Faith Mission. It was then she discerned a call to ordained ministry and was offered an opportunity to join the staff at Trinity as an intern. She later transitioned to her current position as Servant Volunteer Coordinator at Faith Mission. Meghan loves listening to people’s stories, believing that everyone contributes to our community in a unique way. She appreciates that she can journey with folks toward wholeness and holistic transformation. She feels passionate about working with the Holy Spirit and in partnership with each other to create a more just and equitable world.

Meghan and her husband, Danny, have three children and share their home with two dogs, three cats, sweet horses, too many ducks and chickens, and a tarantula named Marta. For fun, Meghan rides horses or bikes with her family, gardens, and relaxes and laughs with loved ones.
