Rev. Marisa Gertz

Associate Pastor

She was raised in Lakeland, FL, and a member of the First United Methodist Church (UMC) of Lakeland. Marisa is a graduate of the University of North Florida (UNF). While at UNF, Marisa worked as a Youth Director at Memorial UMC in Fernandina Beach, FL. She received her Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School where she also served as a Pastoral Intern at Pinehurst UMC, in Pinehurst, NC for three consecutive summers while in seminary. Marisa has served for 2 years as an Associate Pastor at St. Luke UMC in Sanford, NC.
