Margaret Myers

Adult Ministries Coordinator

Margaret Myers grew up on a small farm in southern Illinois and attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She and her husband Brian moved to Florida in 2001 and joined TUMC shortly thereafter. In 2004 they moved to High Springs because the town appealed to their small town, rural country roots.

Brian and Margaret have been married for 26 years and have two sons. Tim graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and now resides in Illinois where he farms full time with Brian’s father on the family farm. Tony is a senior at Santa Fe High School and plans to attend Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Brian serves as the Department Chair for the Agricultural Education and Communication Department at the University of Florida.

When not working, Margaret enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering with Trinity where she has been a member for many years, local FFA chapter, and baseball booster club, and attending her son’s baseball games. She and her husband enjoy working in their yard and garden and attending Gator baseball games together. Margaret also loves to cook, read, and watch Gator football games.
