Trinity’s 2009 Advent Season - there's something for everyone!
Service of Lessons and Carols: November 29, 7:00 pm. This service celebrates Christ’s coming to lead the world from darkness to light and recalling ancient hope for the advent (coming) of the Messiah. This service has lessons from scripture about God sending his son to redeem his people. These lessons are interspersed with prayer, hymns and carols sung by the congregation. Sonlight's Sixth Annual Bazaar: Sonlight's Annual Christmas Bazaar will take place each Sunday, November 29th through December 13th, between services. Items featured at the bazaar will be unique gifts created by Sonlight members and their families as well as hand created items donated by Trinity members: Advent wreaths, ornaments, jewelry, Gator items, unique Christmas decor, aromatherapy wraps, Door draft catchers, gift baskets, a special kid's table and The Bakery: an extra special assortment of gourmet baked goods and artisan breads lovingly made by Trinity members. We will also be selling Sonlight t-shirts, hoodies, CDs and DVDs. Purchase an ornament, or customize a "message of hope" scroll and place it on the giving tree, which will be donated to Peaceful Paths Domestic Abuse Network. All proceeds help fund Sonlight's summer tour. Contact MaryBeth Head with questions; 284-2462 or
