  • Beverage & Snack Service is available for set up in meeting rooms, with out an attendant present. The fee is determined by the choices and is listed in our catering menu.
  • Linens need to be ordered10 days in advance via email to the food service director at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Although we prefer that Trinity’s In-house Catering be your first choice when catering your meal, we do allow outside caterers under the following guidelines.
  • The caterer has to be licensed and insured.
  • The caterer must be self-contained (meaning no cooking can be done in the kitchen using our equipment).
  • Additional rental fee’s and kitchen monitoring fees are applicable when a outside caterer is used and will be specified in your facility rental quote.
  • Your group or caterer will be responsible for setup and cleanup when bringing in food or using an outside caterer.
